该职位候选人将在一家知识产权公司工作，主要负责以下工作：
- 协助与客户、公司其他部门的日常沟通；
- 了解和跟进案件进展，对案件进行及时管理；
- 定期处理和分析数据；
- 起草各种报告；
- 协助客户办理海关备案和白名单事宜；
- 处理与知识产权保护相关的其他事务。

要求：
- 本科，专业不限，法学、知识产权、英文、管理或其他相关专业优先；
- 有知识产权相关工作经验者优先，但并非必须；
- 良好的职业道德、诚信和保密意识；
- 熟练掌握英语，具有良好的口头和书面表达能力；
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office，尤其是 Excel；
- 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
- 工作态度认真负责，能承受一定的工作压力。

Job Description：
The candidate will work in an IP firm and will primarily perform the following tasks:
- Assist in daily communication with clients and other departments of the firm;
- Understand and follow up the progress of cases, and manage the cases in a timely manner;
- Process and analyze data on a regular basis;
- Draft various reports;
- Assist clients with customs filing and whitelisting matters;
- Handle other matters related to intellectual property protection.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree without limit on major, but law, intellectual property, English, management or other related majors are preferred;
- Experience in IP practice is preferred but not a must;
- Good professional ethics, integrity and sense of confidentiality;
- Proficiency in English, with good oral and written expression skills;
- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
- Responsible work attitude, able to bear certain work pressure.
