MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

85 Responsible for demand planning for reagents and required items on monthly basis.

85 Full participation on company S&OP activities by working with DC demand plannning supply planning function and internal sales function

85 Monitor the forecast accuracy and regularly update the root cause of accuracy excursion with follow up actions.

85 Set up safety stock, monitor the inventory level.

85 Write Off, short shelf life stock mitigation

85 Purchasing activities on weekly basis to inter company, overseas and local suppliers.

85 Follow up the shipment on time arrive.

85 Perform as the contact window in China demand planning team of the communication related to demand forecast and purchasing activities.

85 Other tasks assigned by line manager



REQUIREMENTS:

85 Bachelor’s degree and above

85 Mathematics or statistics education background preferred

85 3 years working experience on demand planning or supply forecast

85 Excellent excel skills other advanced data analysis skills preferred

85 Patient, desire to follow up detailed matter, high sensitivity on the data and calculation

85 Can work under pressure

85 Strong communication skills

85 Fluent English in speaking and writing is a MUST
