Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities Create an annual plan for marketing activities together with the Cluster Sales Director and ensure the budget allocation. Take the drive seat of global vertical lighthouse content development and establish and nurture the marketing community. Deliver master elements ready for use via multiple marketing channels at a global level. Create, localize, deliver and optimize other vertical marketing content in China region and responsible for the result. Support prioritized marketing product launch activities in China. Customer insight study or vertical intelligent report generation as required. Arrange and support customer events/fairs. Coordinate and support the global Grundfos marketing organization regarding selected disciplines within digital marketing Follow up and ensure the marketing initiatives meets objectives and keeping within the budget. Ensure alignment and efficient internal stakeholder management and cooperation. Support the development of regional marketing concepts and solutions meeting business needs and requirements. Other Ad-hoc tasks and projects when required
Required Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing with 6-8 years of experience in a similar role 2. Experience from working with an international company with multiple stakeholders 3. Experience from working with digital marketing tools 4. Experience in working with creation vertical content
