Job Responsibilities: 1.Departmental affairs, such as organizing meetings, leading and organizing departmental activities (team building, brain storm, dinners, sports activities, afternoon tea, etc.); 2.Cross-departmental affairs, interfacing with sales, project management, secretary, human resources, finance, and other departments related to the product department for public affairs such as problem tracking and feedback, information collection, etc.; 3.Liaising with C-level executives, VPs, and directors of each product line to complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by leaders; 4.Documentation support for product lines, including but not limited to the production and optimization of various PPTs, and the promotion of updates and iterative improvements to product-specific documentation; 5.Supporting product lines/product managers in the collection, sorting, and reporting of necessary industry information, competitor information, product information, or other information; 6.Management and updating of departmental process assets and related documentation, such as organizational architecture, contact lists, project information tables, Onboard Plan, etc.; 7.Other tasks assigned by leaders. Job Requirements: 1.Foreigners who are native speakers of English or whose official language is English; 2.Bachelor's degree or above; 3.Good in various office software, with relevant work experience preferred; 4.Good communication and coordination skills, meticulous and proactive work attitude; cross-regional and cross-team communication and coordination skills; 5.Willing to accept challenges and actively seek solutions when faced with high-demand tasks; 6.Understanding of IoT and communication modules, or having a work background in computer or electronic communication industry, with basic concepts of the industry.
