工作职责:
Job Description:
1. Responsible for system application analysis of DRAM products, LPDDR4x/LPDDR5/DDR4/DDR5.
2. Develop system tools to transfer system sequences to test DRAM on ATE machines.
3. Evaluate CXMT DRAM product performance on different system platforms.
4. Research on DRAM behaviors of different SoC and system models (Server, PC, Mobile, Auto, etc).
5. Research on DRAM power consumption improvement with different system scenarios.

Qualification:
Education and working experience:
1. Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Communication Engineering.
2. At least 3 years’ experience of DRAM validation in ATE or system application.
3. Experience in Multi-National company is highly desired.
4. Must be comfortable with working in a fast paced environment
Technical skills:
1. Solid ATE programming/debug/troubleshooting skills in Memory issue analysis.
2. Hands-on Python or Perl script programming skills.
3. Knowledge of DRAM Jedec data sheet specs is a good plus.
4. Knowledge of Logic Analyzer, or Oscilloscope is a good plus.
5. Knowledge of DRAM controller design, verification, development is a good plus.
6. Fluent English writing, reading, and speaking skills are must have.
7. Good communication skill with internal or external customers and vendors is required.
8. Strong sense on team work, customer orientation, quality and discipline is highly preferred.
