Qualification: - Related admin working experience in a foreign company is preferred. - Good English communication skills. German language is a plus. - Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook etc. - Having good communication, coordination, and organizational skills, able to coordinate and solve various daily affairs. - Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability. - Coordinate the work among various departments within the company to ensure smooth progress. - Smart and details orientied. - Bachlor‘s degree in commercial field.
Area of Responsibility / Duties: - Support the procedure of sales contract and archive the documents in a proper method. - Support the commercial procedure setting up when new needs occur and coordinate internally. - Document preparation and processing: Writing and editing various business documents such as news letters, memos, and reports, printing, copying, and distributing documents, communications etc. - Administrative support: assist in the maintenance and management of office equipment, handle office miscellaneous matters such as ordering office supplies and processing reimbursement applications for sales director, etc - KAMs weekly visit plan summerize with attendancy record management. Support sales director with travels etc. - Support the client visits in Shanghai sales office and coordination with HR on plant visits. - Support the samples arrangement in the office and make clear record of the office samples. - Support the sales activities including the exhibitions etc. - Other responsibilities: Execute other administrative tasks assigned by superiors as needed, such as organizing and participating in various meetings, keeping meeting records and following up after meetings, organizing and implementing various administrative affairs, assisting departments in various logistical support work, etc.
