RESPONSIBILITY Supplier development and management 1.- Supplier daily management: contract management, proofing, shipment and payment tracking, product acceptance, customer complaint feedback, etc. 2.- Choose the best supply plan: negotiate with suppliers to strive for price, quality,delivery, service, and payment terms. 3.- Effectively develop suppliers, collect, analyze, summarize, and maintain supplier information, and conduct hierarchical management of suppliers. 4.- Score the performance of suppliers in terms of price, quality and delivery time, complete supplier evaluation management, and optimize supplier database. 5.- Regularly analyze the purchase data and generate reports to save costs and obtain better purchase conditions. Cost management and project tracking. 6.- According to the procurement policy and process, combined with project requirements, three effective quotation comparisons are adopted, and the supplier’s quotation plan is reviewed to effectively control the procurement cost. 7.- Develop project tracking plan in conjunction with each supplier's production plan and update the project progress weekly to ensure that the supplier's production plan is met. 8.- Maintain effective communication with internal and external collaborators in accordance with project objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's degree or above. - 3-5 years of experience in purchasing supplier management. - Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation skills, logical planning. - Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. - Mastering office automation. - Excellent Communication skills with different level staff - Independent ability to deal with problems/conflicts - Be able to work under pressure independently and to tight deadlines g attention to details - Logical thinking, responsible, well-organized, time management, teamwork spirit
