岗位职责: 1. 现有代理商维护,新代理商开发 -Develop new distributors in uncovered region. ) 发展新经销商,完善对负责区域的覆盖 (天津为主,以及河北省) -Support existing distributor to develop their business. 支持现有经销商发展业务 (天津为主,以及河北省) -Organize training to distributors. 组织对经销商的培训。 -Help distributors to organize seminar and exhibition. 帮助经销商推动品牌在区域的影响力及知名度。 2. 项目独立跟进 -Follow up end user, contractor and panel maker, make sure project successful. 跟进区域的最终用户、总包商、盘厂,以最终赢取项目。 -Maintain existing KA clients, make sure project successful. 维护现有KA客户,确保业务达成 3. 其他软性及硬性指标 -Regular reporting to sales manager. 按要求提交相应的报告给区域经理 -Work with sales manager to achieve sales target of the area. 在区域经理支持下,完成负责区域的指标 职位要求: 1. At least 5 years work experience with 3 years’ electrical sales experience 至少5年销售经验,其中3年电气行业销售经验 2. Skills in low voltage industry 低压电器行业从业经验及技能 3. Possessing resources in the electronic semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries in and around Shanghai is preferred. 上海及周边电子半导体及制药行业有相应资源者优先 4. Good sales & marketing concept and communication skill, result-driven 优秀的销售及市场思维,优秀的沟通技巧,结果导向 5. Team work spirit, results-driven 团队合作精神,结果导向
