BASIC FUNCTION基本职责
61 Responsible for the online mainstream OTA channels and sales-related works of the group's flagship store. According to the vision and mission of the group, striving for more exposure opportunities for the hotels through various marketing activities in the channels, and assisting the hotel to achieve maximum profit and profit growth.
负责线上主流OTA渠道及集团旗舰店的销售工作。根据集团的愿景和使命,通过渠道上各类市场活动,为酒店争取更多曝光机会,协助酒店实现***盈利和利润的增长。
61 To provide support to hotels to ensure that GCH’s hotel sales, marketing and distribution systems and processes are fully implemented and utilized at GCH group platform.
为酒店提供支持, 确保GCH集团旗下酒店的销售、营销和分销系统和流程在GCH酒店
集团平台上得到充分实施和利用。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES工作范围及职责
61 Operating and managing the flagship stores of GCH Group in Ctrip,Meituan,Fliggy and other main online channels with attempts to involve more new hotels and show group impact.
负责集团在携程、美团、飞猪及其它主流渠道上GCH酒店集团旗舰店的运营和管理,争取更多酒店加入, 体现集团影响力。
61 Developing marketing activities/initiatives on Group Flagships on Ctrip, Meituan,Fliggy and other main online channels, obtaining more traffic, digging out opportunities to drive revenue for GCH hotels, and providing relevant analysis for performance review.
负责集团在携程, 美团,飞猪及其它主流渠道上旗舰店的市场推广活动开发,为集团旗下酒店争取更多流量、挖掘机会、实现创收,并为表现复盘提供相关分析。
61 Assisting to land Group CRS to directly connect with mainstream OTA systems, and trying membership exchange in appropriate business opportunities with increasing the number of Club GCH members. Meanwhile, through various channels marketing activities, helping GCH hotels to increase GMV.
协助落地集团CRS与主流OTA的系统直连,并在合适的商业机会中尝试会员互通,帮助增加豪廷會会员数量。同时通过各类渠道市场活动,帮助酒店增加销售量

61 Providing coordination for the reservations from direct channels with Wyndham Group (Booking & Expedia) and dealing with all kinds of online Q&A.
温德姆集团直连合作渠道(Booking、Expedia)的订单处理协同及处理各类线上疑问。
61 Responsible for official website construction of the pre-opening hotels
预开业酒店官网搭建
61 Assist Director of Revenue Management on any issues related with Domain Management (4+1 program)
协助集团收益总监处理全域管理相关的工作(大中華创收平台项目)
61 According to company requirements, complete other assigned work.
根据公司要求,完成被安排的其他相关项目工作。
