Key Responsibilities
61 Report to Senior Manager for project status
61 Coordinate with Project Management and Quantity Surveying teams for the project budget control through interior design feedback
61 To support and coordinate with consultants and internal user departments on project matters
61 To guide and monitor consultant’s design direction, to ensure it meets our brand standard
61 To conduct benchmarking on Innovation, VOC & functionality analysis and apply onto projects
61 To research and develop on interior design standard and trends
61 To contribute creative solutions on project design and departmental development
61 To carry out site inspection and site coordination
Job Requirements
61 8 years or above, with retail fit-out and large scale project experience is preferred
61 PRC project experience is a must
61 Full cycle project experience is preferred
61 Degree holder of Architecture, interior design or equivalent
61 AutoCAD, Photoshop, Adobe illustrator and other relevant graphic and 3D design tools
61 Interior design sense to facilitate interior design management
61 Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)
61 Strong in design and construction details
