As the Senior Manager, Co-brand Marketing Greater China & Mongolia, you will be responsible for the marketing strategy to support Hilton’s co-brand portfolio and other financial service partnership in China. You will partner with internal and external partners to deliver a plan designed to drive awareness and consideration of Hilton’s credit card portfolio, acquire new cardholders, as well as build loyalty and engagement among the existing cardholder base.
More specifically, you will:
61 Collaborate with partner and support Head of Co-brand China to develop the annual marketing strategy and media plan 61 Manage the roll-out of key strategic initiatives and campaigns to support the overall channel objectives. 61 Lead the creative development for campaigns, including development of creative briefs, management of agency partners, gaining alignment and approval across key business partners, and ensuring all deliverables are on-brand. 61 Source and manage creative agencies to ensure best-in-class creative development and performance. 61 Partner with owned channels and Martech team to strategize, plan and execute initiatives to drive acquisition and engagement, including but not limited to website, landing pages, on-property, social channels and CRM. 61 Partner with media team to strategize, plan and execute paid media campaigns to drive acquisition and cardmember spend 61 Further deepen the partnership by working on additional spend stimulation programs and campaigns outside of co-brand to drive awareness and revenue to hotels 61 Define audience segments and target audience for acquisition, activation and retention 61 Report on campaign performance in partnership with the Media Planning & Insights team

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
61 Eight (8) years of experience working in partnership and marketing at a global organization. Financial service and product marketing experience is preferred. 61 Fluent English and Chinese 61 This role will include 10-15% travel. 61 It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
61 BA/BS Bachelor's Degree and/or MA/MS Master’s Degree 61 Experience in the credit card retailing space
