岗位职责：
1. 计算工厂总体产能及各站的产能。
Calculate the overall production capacity of the factory and each process station.
2. 按照订单情况合理制定月度，季度，年度的生产目标。
Reasonably set monthly, quarterly, and annual production targets based on the order situation.
3. 制定和上传ASCP系统产能数据，根据不同情况调整产能设置。
Develop and upload ASCP system capacity data, and adjust capacity settings according to different situations.
4. 与工程、设备部门共同优化机器产能；对于满载封装指定扩产计划，提供产能分析报告。
Collaborate with engineering and equipment departments to optimize machine production capacity; Provide a capacity analysis report for the specified expansion plan for full load packaging.
5. 产线，PC 部门产能相关问题数据支持。
Data support for production line and PC department capacity related issues.
6. 规划与企划、材料、工程、生产运营、设施、SMS等部门密切合作，管理和改进产能系统和业务流程，以实现计划/平台目标。
Partner closely with Planning & Logistics, Materials, Product engineering, Process engineering, Manufacturing/Operations, Facilities/SMS to manage and improve capacity systems and business processes to meet program/platform targets.

任职资格：
1. 工科专业本科及以上学历，工业工程更优；
2. 3年以上封装测试厂相关工作经验，有IE 的背景或者工艺工程的背景；
3. 了解产能计算原理，熟悉各站机器情况，了解产能计算原理。
