1. Collaboration cross functionally with Operations, QA, PD, customer service and procurement to execute project commercialization; 2. Provide internal coordination and execution of NP/LTO and regular products to ensure smooth and timely delivery; 3. Support Sales Manager to optimize the commercialization process to meet customer’s needs on flexibility and speediness; 4. Project management including developing timeline, facilitating X-functions team resources, hold regular meeting, meeting critical gate guardrail, risks as well as mitigation plan for the project, implications mapping etc for optimal business case 5. Develop strong working relationships and influence key stakeholders without direct authority. Escalate when necessary to Leadership team for decision making
EXPERIENCE:
1. Over 5 years Sales/Customer Service working experience in B2B Food Industry 2. Experience in project management will be a plus 3. Experience in engaging with Key Account will be a plus
