RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Efficiently complete the styling design and development of various Car Accessories products. Including early concept sketches, renderings, 3D models, as well as prototype verification feedback and optimization suggestions during the development stage.
2. According to the design strategy and positioning, multiple design directions/ideas can be independently developed. Provide diversified and complete designs to meet brand image building and actual customer needs, and fully consider cost reduction and the feasibility of CMF technology.
3. Participate in the strategic product design and development of company Energy Solution and design a variety of charging terminal products and energy storage equipment.
4. Familiar with engineering drawings and Alias data key lines, can independently complete 3D models, and can smoothly cooperate with digital modelers to produce various models that meet engineering requirements, industrial materials processes and manufacturing methods.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:
1. At least 3 years of experience in the automotive design or product design industry, lead more than 3 mass production design projects.
2. Analytical skills: Understand market needs and recognize the design chance.
3. Creativity skills: Sketch initial design ideas. Be able to express ideas.
4. Software skills: Adobe Creative Suite, Auto CAD, Blender, Rhino Office etc.
5. Collaboration: Positive in cooperative working relationships with suppliers and colleagues who specialize in related disciplines.
6. Problem-solving: Willing to identify complex design problems such as the need, size, and cost of a product, anticipate production issues, develop alternatives, evaluate options, and implement solutions.
7. Language: Fluent in Chinese and English, proficient in daily work.

岗位职责：
1. 高效完成各类汽车配件产品的造型设计与开发。包括早期的概念草图、效果图、3D模型，以及开发阶段的原型验证反馈和优化建议。

4. 熟悉工程图纸和Alias数据关键线，能独立完成3D模型，并能顺利配合数字建模师制作出符合工程要求、工业材料工艺和制造方法的各种模型。

任职要求：
1. 3年以上汽车设计或产品设计行业经验，主导3个以上量产设计项目。
2. 分析能力：了解市场需求，识别设计机会。
3. 创意技能：勾勒出最初的设计想法。能够表达自己的想法。
4. 软件技能：Adobe Creative Suite, Auto CAD, Blender, Rhino Office等。
5. 协作：积极与供应商和相关专业的同事建立合作关系。
6. 解决问题：愿意识别复杂的设计问题，如产品的需求、尺寸和成本，预测生产问题，开发替代方案，评估方案，并实施解决方案。
7. 语言：中英文流利，日常工作中熟练交流。
