Product life cycle management 1. Project management, project schedule and cost control. Related information/data collection, analysis and summary 2. Coordinate with team to setup spec, data log, work flow, SOP etc. Regularly review and update the document 3. Manage design and engineering change order. Manage the delivery from MFG for internal orders. 4. Work with R&D and regional teams to define SSC (Systems Specs Configuration) 5. Supplier Engagement – liaison between engineering and supply chain to drive components to meet specs, timeline and cost. Lead cost reduction to improve Gross Margin by working together with engineer teams and GMO. Regular report for material resource. 6. Lead the super BOM/Manual release and system SemiS2 certification.
R&D operation 1. R&D quality management system setup, update and implementation, coordinate for ISO audit; 2. Host R&D group daily operation meeting and follow up the Ars and key issues. 3. Coordinate for R&D team operation, knowledge sharing, training; 4. Assist for technical, business material writing; 5. Support to manage R&D resource (tools, materials and budget ), regular operation report.
Key Requirements: 1. Bachelor and above, engineering background with mechanical, chemistry, physics or material science etc.; 2. Understands product life cycle; 3. Excellent business writing skill in English, family with MS office; 4. Proven ability to communicate effectively with various level of staff; 5. Strong sense of responsibility
