产品经理将负责连接器产品相关工作，从新产品开发的推广到制造和营销。负责整体产品战略业务管理和产能规划，以实现销售和利润目标。由产品经理主导各项资源，提供报价以赢得项目，监控样品进度，在公司规则及政策的要求范围内进行生产。

岗位职责：

产品管理
1、Lifecycle, roadmap and portfolio management of EPIC and SKINTOP product families
2、Product families: supporting product launches, promotes and discontinuations as well as the development of new product ideas and variants
3、Collaboration in the creation of forecast and capacity planning including for planning the manufacturing footprint
4、Outlines a clear connector product portfolio strategy. Articulate market trends, industry trends and competitive landscape
5、Deliver got to market strategy inclusive of platform, direct and channel customers.
6、Supporting the initiation, control and coordination of product marketing actives

项目管理
1、Periodically review his/her project progress and release reports for ongoing projects, update the project s status timely
2、Host project meeting ( e.g. kick-off)
3、Set up the target, schedule, milestones as the project management base line
4、Manage project risks and work out mitigation plan with team member
5、Work with engineering and production team to finalize manufacturing process for cost simulation in order to gain more business by providing competitive cost

任职要求:

1、本科或以上学历，电气/自动化相关专业
2、3年以上工业自动化行业相关工作经验，具有相关技术背景及工业连接器行业工作经验
3、独立自主，较强的学习及工作能力，有前瞻思想
4、自我管理能力，有冲劲并在业务开展中以结果导向
5、具有较好的表达能力以及良好的人际交往和沟通能力，能成为好的合作伙伴
6、基本的英文听、说、读、写能力
7、可接受短期出差
