MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Support product registration and regulatory filings and Health Authority communications to secure notifications in a timely and efficient manner
2. Ensure regulatory compliance of oral care products and ingredients, and maintenance of all product notification and licenses throughout the life-cycle of the products.
3. Coordinate with Global Regulatory, R&D, and relevant contract manufacturers and distributors to ensure high quality product dossiers including the translation into Chinese language all required information and documents.
4. Review and determine adequacy of product notification related documents including artwork, product claims substantiation & product safety report.
5. Coordinate and prepare timely responses to queries raised by regulatory agencies, including CFDA, FDA, SAMR, AICs and NGOs..
6.Establish strong relationships within the Greater China Hub organization and Regional Technology Partners on a cross-functional basis including Marketing, Legal, Technical, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Product Safety to ensure alignment and synchronization between regulatory strategies and commercial goals.
7. Provide assistance to authority inspections in the matters under Regulatory responsibility.

EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE:
1. Education: Bachelor Degree & above
2. Experience: Cosmetic MNCs, experiencing in CSAR implementation project will be a great added
3. Competencies: English, fluent in both oral and written
