Objectives: Manage a variety of human resource programs, support site leaders on business delivery with HR solutions, such as recruitment, employee relationship and provide trainings, local C&B design etc. Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage day-to-day recruiting efforts/resources and talent searching to meet with current and future workforce requirements. 2. Support site leaders for total personal cost control, monitor OT and Attendance Record with support of SSC to ensure cost effectiveness. 3. Lead BV Performance Management deployment in responsible site, including Objective setting, MyPerformance, MyDevelopment, feedback conversation, etc., and solve key employee issues to ensure a high performance organization. 4. Initiate & lead activities increasing satisfaction, motivation, engagement and retention in responsible site through BVocal program execution and action planning, gather feedback from managers and employees, to continuously improve employee engagement level. 5. Work with TD CoE team to implement and facilitate site training activities and follow up training progress. 6. Support business decision through data analytics and insights. 7. Provide HR consultancy support to management team as well as to employees. 8. Other HR tasks assigned by business management team and HRBP leader. Quality & HSE 1. Demonstrated ability to drive HR major initiatives through the organization 2. Demonstrated ability to influence and coach managers and employees 3. Sound knowledge of local labor laws and people cycle 4. Excellent interpersonal skill, problem solving skills, strategic thinking and hands-on 5. Good command of Written/Reading English Education & Experience: 1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Minimum 5 years HRBP relevant experience in MNCs 3. Good speaking and writing English
