Mission：
- PPAP SQE will focus on APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)/PPAP（Production Part Approval Process）work and play A critical role in the overall success of the Schneider part qualification.
- PPAP SQE acting as PPAP Owner to secure the part qualification quality and lead PPAP activities, status and Stage/Gate management.
- PPAP SQE acting as PPAP Owner for designated Schneider plant to lead the PPAP activities in responsible plant, Acting as a key interface between Schneider different function team and the Component suppliers.
Responsibilities：
1. Lead Part qualification activities of PEP project in China, responsible Suppliers and PPAPs management by Category, ensure the qualification process follow PPAP requirement, and secure the PPAP quality
2. Responsible for designated plant PPAP as PPAP Owner, need manage the PPAP activities in responsible plant, manage the PPAP status/stage and quality of the responsible plant
3. Lead feasibility study of manufacturing in supplier and Schneider plant, clarify the benchmark in technical & quality of part
4. Validate the supplier quality control plan and ensure the execution, secured quality for parts in supplier
5. Conduct the process audit and drive quality continue improvement in part qualification process
6. Assess the PPAP quality of OCP project for effectiveness transfer to plant.
7. Drive supplier’s PPAP competency improvement to ensure effective PPAP implementation in supplier

Education & experience expectation：
- Bachelor or above on engineering
- 5+ years of supplier quality management experience (or 3+ years of supplier quality management experience in Tier 1 Automobile Industry);
- Strong knowledge of quality methodology, e.g. FMEA, DOE ,8D
- Experience in QMS，familiar with ISO9001 and IATF 16949
- Familiar with Welding process or Spring production process or Silver & Contacts production is preferred

- Fluent English in writing, reading and speaking；
- Ability to work cross functionally in a dynamic environment;
- Demonstrated cross functional leadership;
- Broad operations and project management experience;
