Job Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for supply chain management, coordinating the reasonable allocation and application of various resources, procurement, production, logistics, warehouse process optimization
2) Supplier management: Responsible for the development, review and selection of suppliers, hierarchical management of suppliers, and maintain the relationship with suppliers to ensure that suppliers can provide the required materials on time, quality and quantity.
3) Procurement strategy development: understand the market dynamics, develop reasonable procurement strategies to reduce procurement costs, including finding new suppliers, comparing the price and quality of different suppliers, etc.
4) Quality control: Ensure that purchased parts meet our quality standards, return or replace materials that do not meet the standards, and work with the quality department to ensure that the supplier's quality control system is effectively implemented.
5) Risk management: Identify and evaluate potential procurement risks, and develop corresponding countermeasures, such as supplier credit assessment, transportation risk insurance, etc., to reduce the impact of risks on us.
6) Team management: Lead the Supply Chain team, formulate the team's work plan and objectives, improve the team's cohesion and work efficiency.
Job Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree or above
2) 10 years or above supply chain management experience, familiar with supply chain management process, able to effectively plan, optimize and integrate procurement, production, warehousing and logistics;
3) Familiar with the supplier's inquiry and evaluation system, strong negotiation ability, familiar with the supply and price strategy of single small batch products and series components;
4) Be able to establish and implement supply chain management evaluation performance plan.
5) Familiar with machining, forging, casting experience is preferred;
6) Good market analysis skills, interpersonal communication skills;
7) Have a strong sense of responsibility, strong execution, good ability to work under pressure, good communication and negotiation skills, good moral quality and professional quality;
