公司:世界核电运营者协会(WANO),是世界上所有核电站组成的促进安全的组织。 地点:上海市浦东新区东育路227弄3号前滩世贸中心二期C栋21楼(WANO上海办事处) 合同:外包形式,长期稳定, 假日安排:每年年假25天,带薪病假5天,法定节假日不调休上班,感恩、圣诞、复活节各放假一天。 必须:口语流利+微软整套软件系统 Reporting Accountability: Deputy of Governance and Administration Division The Systems Administrator is responsible for the support and operation of information technology (IT) infrastructures in the WANO Shanghai Office. Responsibilities include data centre, network and server, telephony, service monitoring, user support/helpdesk, workstation management, storage and related software. This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring the availability, integrity and security of all IT systems and infrastructure. The Systems Administrator also works closely with the infrastructure team in WANO London to align the office procedures.
Main Responsibilities Ensure the smooth operation of the office – this would be achieved by supporting the SHO Director in the following functions: 61 Planning, designing and directing all WANO SHO-related activities, ensuring they are efficiently and effectively implemented. 61 Supporting the operational and strategic planning 61 Overseeing the development, succession and retention plans for staff to support the long term needs of the SHO 61 Benchmarking and analysis of data to make appropriate recommendations for the improvement of the SHO in relation to effectiveness and efficiency. 61 Overseeing the establishment and delivery of security plans that preserve confidentiality and security of WANO intellectual property whilst enhancing accessibility and utilisation of information needed to complete work efficiently. 61 Developing and implementing appropriate metrics to monitor and improve the SHO’s performance. 61 SHO general business planning across each division and oversight the progress. 61 Overseeing the SHO work scheduling and interaction with other Reginal Centers (RCs) to have more international mission participation. 61 Establish and staff the Assessment Division, continuously support other Reginal Centers to deliver peer reviews (PRs) and PSURs. 61 Supporting and overseeing Team Leader trainees in RCs.
