Responsibilities:
- Develop global sourcing for needed components, request and negotiate price quotes and delivery time.
- Strategize the company long-term goals and objectives.
- Monitor department and company goals for which sourcing has responsibility.
- Coordinate procurement of special material for special projects and engineering samples for new technology.
- Implement supplier changes, monitor their success or failure, and adjust as needed.
- Familiarize with new technology that would be of use in a production manufacturing facility.
- Work with PMC, RD and QA to improve material supply performance.
- Develop and manage cost reduction program.
- Manage and bring up team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and above.
- Minimum 10 years similar working experience in multi-national manufacturing company.
- Experience in automotive or 3C electronics industry is a must requirement.
- Familiar with electronics component is preferred.
- Good initiative of work, self-driving, result oriented, powerful and confidence.
- Good in communication, negotiation, decision making, networking and innovation.
- Good oral and written both in Mandarin and English.
- Good inter-personal skills and team player.
