工作职责: 1. Understand business needs, focus on the core competency and future skills needed for organizational and people development, strategically plan and implement Group-wide overall learning and talent programs; 2. Lead Group level Annual Training Survey and Develop Annual Training Plan Effective Communication with BU Heads/ Dept. Owners,HQ & Local HR teams. 3. Manage policies, processes, projects, and budgets within the scope of responsibilities, able to provide insights and reference for the training and talent development projects. 4. Construct and optimize training system continuously to meet organization needs. 5. Develop talent development projects to meet company's strategy of talent, such as competency model, succession plan etc. 6. Develop the Internal Trainers team, to promote internal knowledge sharing and inheritance. 7. Lead team, enhance team members’ experience and capabilities to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency. 8. Promote company culture and value system, guide employees' sense of value, improve company employer image. 9. Review/develop culture promotion proposal and monitor the implementation. 10. Review the ER activities & Charity activities and monitor the implementation.
任职资格: 1. Bachelor Degree or above, 8 years of experiences in L&D function and at least 3 years of team leader experience. Experience in Multi-National Corporation or large company would be an advantage 2. Systematic Talent Management understanding and practice experience. 3. Good leadership and project management capabilities, able to motivate and lead team to achieve goals. 4. Good communication and logical thinking skills. 5. Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal. 6. Open-minded and self-motivated. 7. Love and be good at learning. 8. Be curious and willing to delve into tasks.
