This position is responsible for daily check and maintenance main equipment and auxiliary facilities, including injection molding machines, automatic assembly machine, drying & feeding system, water heater, grinder and so on. 负责主要生产设备和辅助设施的日常巡检和维护，包括注塑机、自动化装配机、烘料和供料系统、冷水系统、粉碎机等等。

Main accountabilities and tasks主要工作职责：
1. Daily check and maintenance on main equipment and auxiliary facilities
主要设备和辅助设施的日常检查和维修保养
2. Troubleshooting equipment to ensure their normal running
解决设备故障以确保正常运行
3. Responsible for fill the record of daily checks, maintenance and the others
负责日常检查、维修保养和其他事务的记录
4. Report to superior on any change of standard operation
向上级报告标准操作的任何变更
5. Implement 5S in maintenance workshop
执行维修车间的5S
6. Assist to finish other tasks from superior
协助完成上级交代的其他任务
7. Safety Responsibilities: To follow strictly the company and ESH regulations and operational procedures. To receive safety production education and training activities. To report the Incident and risks to manager or ESH manager whatever it is serious or not. To stop any unsafe behavior.

Desired experience and qualifications任职条件：
1. Work experience: Over 3 years injection machine maintenance experience, familiar with ENGEL,ARBURG, Haitian, KraussMaffei; Good working experience with electrics, mechanics, hydraulic system.
三年以上的注塑设备维护经验，熟悉ENGEL,ARBURG, Haitian, KraussMaffei机器；有电气、机械、液压系统等工作经验
2. Expertise (PLC, e.g. professional, technical):
Injection molding machine maintenance background; 注塑模具设备维修背景
Familiar with mechanical constructions; 熟悉机械结构
Familiar with electrical drawings; 熟悉电工图
Familiar with hydraulic system; 熟悉液压系统
Low-voltage operation permit are needed. 持有低压电工证
Familiar with office software; 熟悉办公软件。
3. Education: Level: High school degree or technical school education; Subject: Electricity and Hydraulics.
高中或中技以上学历；专业：电气和液压
4. Soft skills: Good communication and coordination skills; Team player; Initiative; High sense of responsibility.
良好的沟通协调能力；团队合作者；积极主动；高度责任感。
5. Other: Work shifts as required.
