Job Description: 1. Gather, analyze and interpret sales metric from traffic, conversion rate, bino rate, sales heads and units to identify business issues and opportunities and maximize sales performance. 2. Track and analyze sales data to assess the performance of each store and set up a standard of profitability model. 3. Collaborate with stakeholders including marketing, sales and IT team to identify business needs, design and maintain data system and present insight to executives. 4. Analyze sales process, identify opportunity and set up a standard of process to drive business efficiency and improve sales effectiveness. 5. Set store management standards including but not limited to store grading, environmental maintenance, equipment assets etc. 6. Cooperate with HR & sales team to design effective incentive program to encourage high performance 7. Provide regular sales reports, update sales performance and highlight key metrics and area for improvement 8. Evaluate and implement sales enablement tools or technologies to support sales team’s effectiveness such as store visit check list 9. Business planning rolling forecast Qualifications: 1. Hold bachelor’s degree in business management, information system, statistics or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA may be preferred. 2. More than 5 years working experience in business intelligence, sales force effectiveness, commercial excellence, data analysis or related field. 3. Proficiency in data analysis tools and excel. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with capability to interpret complex data. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 6. Ability to build relationship and collaborate effectively with cross function teams.
