Scope:
61 General management for the lab equipment, facility and warehouse etc.
61 Be responsible for the management of lab equipment including the investment of the new equipment, preventive maintenance, regular check and troubleshooting of the existing equipment.
61 Be responsible for the management of lab facilities, such as test lab layout optimization, relocation, safety, environment, warehouse, 6S and continuous improvement.
61 Be responsible for the management of lab warehouse, such as test samples, fixtures, jigs, spare parts and consumables.
61 Be responsible for the workload calculation, actual status review, further analysis and optimization of team organization.
61 Be responsible for the calculation of the related budget for the department expense and Capex such as the cost for daily maintenance and new equipment investment, regular tracking the actual status of the related budget with related management report.

61 Work directly with all test department members and related projects team members
Specific Requirements
61 Educational level / Experience: Bachelor degree with 5+ years of experience in test lab equipment, facility and lab quality system management.

61 Proficient in Microsoft Office
61 Proficient in on site management of 6S
61 Proficient in equipment, facility management
61 Strong logicality and systematic thinking
61 Good ability for the troubleshooting of equipment
