Position Purpose:
Manage end to end supply chain processes to ensure a desired level of customer service while maintaining total cost effectiveness. Responsible for sourcing activity, goods import&export deliveries, warehouse inventory level control. Support New Product Development (NPD) and project management.

Position Responsibilities:
61 Manage replenishments planning and create/manage purchase orders for both inter company and external suppliers including delivery.
61 Manage purchasing to pay procedure to ensure smooth material supplying and to ensure the whole process is in accordance with the guideline.
61 Inventory management (determine SKU inventory level to support the desired level of customer service while minimizing cost and inventory, OTIF).
61 Manage import/export operation by working with logistics suppliers to ensure on time delivery.
61 Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for customs declarations, ensuring that all import and export paperwork is accurate and complete.
61 Calculate and manage tariffs, duties, and taxes for goods entering or leaving. Ensure that the company benefits from any applicable exemptions or reductions.
61 Ensure logistics practices and activities comply with company policies and are compliant with all government and industry regulations.
61 As a team member, participate in the NPD activity from day one. As coordinator to work with external resources for fulfil the needs of NPD activity when assigned by superior.
61 Responsible for project purchasing including conducting RFQs, negotiation and contracting.
61 Data registration in ERP system
61 Other work as assigned by superior

Knowledge/Skills/Attributes
61 Excellent Microsoft office skills with presentation and data analysis.
61 In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of supply chain/order fulfillment/
Logistics.
61 Knowledge & experience in Logistics or supply chain, procurement policies/processes.
61 Knowledge & experience in project management.
61 Data analysis (able to use data to identify the issues/opportunities)
61 Good command of English and communication skills besides local language
61 Team collaboration, leadership, and strong sense of ownership
61 Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects/priorities.
61 Mindset of continuous improvement and change management.
61 ERP knowledge is preferred.

Education and Experience
61 Bachelor’s Degree with specialization in Supply Chain/Logistics
61 3~5 years of experience in supply chain/order fulfillment/logistics/purchasing
61 Project management experience in NPD is preferred.

Salary
Gross RMB180k including basic salary and bonus.
