职责描述: 1. 为客户提供商业地产项目的全盘会计/税务相关的服务,包括记账,纳税申报,财务报表的准备,银行业务支持,等等。 Provide accounting/tax related services including bookkeeping, tax filing, financial statements preparation, bank support, etc.; 2. 维护基本的客户关系,与税务机关,银行,审计公司,和其他外部部门做好沟通协调工作; Maintain basic client relationship and communicate with tax authority, bank, audit firm, and other external departments; 3. 在必要时,协助其他团队成员。 Provide assistance to other team members when needs; 4. 会计/税务相关的相关事项和安排的其他工作; Accounting/tax related ad-hoc matters and other tasks assigned by the team;
任职要求: 1. 3-8年相关工作经验,本科及以上学历。 3-8 years of related working experience. Bachelor's or above degree. 2. 地产(商业地产/综合体)、物业、集团公司行业经验。甲乙方均可。 Industry experience in real estate (commercial real estate/complex), property management, and group companies. In-house or service provider are both acceptable. 3.有总账或全盘经验,有税务经验。 Experience of GL or full-set booking. Experience of tax is also required. 4. 熟练运用英语(不要求口语,仅书面读写即可) Good command of business English; able to communicate and prepare accounts in English 5. 善于交流,反应敏捷,思路灵活 Outstanding communication skill and problem solving skills are highly desired 6. 良好的职业道德,专业的工作方式
