岗位职责:
Job Title： Data Engineer
Reporting to：Data & Analytics Lead
Purpose：
Deliver high quality data process solution to business users.
Participate the design, implementation and maintenance of China Data & Analytics Platform.
Concentrate at the ETL, data cleansing and data ingestion to ensure the end-to-end data accuracy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities：
Collaborate with business team, digital product team, global data team and external vendors to analyze the business requirements, design the technical solution and hands-on implement the coding modules.
Ensure the data pipelines to produce the accurate, integral and highly available data result sets.
Ingest various source data into data platform and monitor data quality on daily incoming data flow.
Conduct peer review on the source code level with frontend report developer, data scientist and data analyst in order to continuously enhance the deliverable quality.
任职要求:
Experience and Qualifications：
Bachelor’s Degree in data engineering, information system, computer science or other related fields.
5 years of relevant data engineering experiences on building the big data platform from scratch. Be able to propose optimal technical solution for business needs.
Sophisticated coding skillset using SQL script, and Python script for ETL job, batch processing.
Familiar with Data Warehousing Methodology.
Experience on development and maintenance of data pipelines.
Experience on both ER model and dimensional model.
Be able to work through a variety of data components including relational database, delta lake and semi-structured data.
Capable of development on cloud data components such as MS Azure Cloud, Snowflake or other cloud based big data platform.
Familiar with underlying fundamental of Spark or Databricks. Knowledge on cluster configuration and optimization.
Delivering experience through Agile project management and DevOps process
Familiar with enterprise management and retail business process is a plus.

Proactive and thoughtful on daily work, willing to interpret the technical details into business terms with users and data consumers.
Thinking sharp and be sensitive on consistency and accuracy of the data.
Fluent in English, Spanish is a big plus.
Can communicate technically with global data teams.
