ACCOUNTABILITIES & DELIVERABLES -Orchestrate in store consumer journeys for all Nike retail concepts in the GC Marketplace that build awareness, acquire new members & reengage existing members. -EXECUTE consumer journeys informed by historical data, analytics, real time consumer insights & marketplace feedback to inform the future (coming seasons) strategies, plans, briefs, to support business and member outcomes. -EXECUTE immersive storytelling & experiences, against consumer, brand, business outcomes and KPIs, including commercial stories and non-seasonal storytelling strategies -Partner with Global & Greater China cross functional teams to execute thoughtful O2O journeys leveraging product, service, experience & marketing levers, ensuring stores are part of the connected journeys. -EXECUTE brief for seasonal & 365 storytelling assets & experiences for assigned stories by concepts are retail right and meet the needs of the retail marketplace & concepts, which informs deliverables across brand architecture stories for Marketing Functions. -React marketing tactics based on weekly trade meeting alignments and business needs. -Measure on the results of all projects and campaigns and analyze key performance indicators and area for development. -Effective communication skill and adaptable communication style for interacting with cross-function teams and upper management. -Excellent organizational skill and attention to detail to create flawless deliverables to be used externally and internally are accurate and appropriately reflect the brand -A strong nose for market trends, fashion and consumer insights
FUNCTIONAL COMETENCIES -Bachelor Degree or additional 2 years experiences in lieu of degree. -4 years experiences in Retail Marketing(Preferred)/ Marketing focus on Brick & Mortar environment, and understanding digital platforms and how they are connected. -Sports, Fashion, Footwear, Apparel, Equipment or relevant consumer products industries. -Strong marketing and consumer market acumen
