Main Responsibility：
● Based on the group's intellectual property protection strategy and specific project needs, ensure that all brand protection action plans and requirements are excellently executed.
● Effectively manage brand protection agents, with a results-oriented approach to motivate and optimize the service efficiency of the agents, and to improve case quality.
● Conduct data analysis and infringement trend analysis for online and offline anti-counterfeiting actions, and flexibly innovate the brand protection operation-model.
● Establish efficient communication channels with business departments to understand business needs and formulate effective response action plans.
● Optimize all brand protection processes and management systems to enhance efficiency and standardization of work.
● Establish and strengthen the cooperation network with MSB, PSB, PP and Court at all levels nationwide and locally.
● Participate in industry organizations and associations to obtain industry information and updates on laws and regulations.
Role Qualifications：
● Bachelor’s degree or above, major in law is a plus.
● At least 5 years brand protection experience or investigation firm experience, experience in PSB, PP or Courts is preferred.
● Proficient in applying and utilizing criminal law, civil law, trademark law, and other intellectual property related laws and regulations.
● Familiar with the litigation rules and the case operation processes of criminal, civil, and administrative law enforcement.
● Possess a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, with high stress resistance.
● Strong communication skills, clear thinking, meticulous and cautious, with excellent expression and document writing abilities.
● Eager to accept challenges, with strong learning capabilities, excellent self-motivation and self-management skills.
● Strong team collaboration skills, cheerful personality, and a positive and optimistic attitude.
