Focus on daily service job such as but not limited to commissioning, repair, overhauling and maintenance
Provide user training in case necessary.
Travelling all around China (including Hong Kong & Macao) to make service job.
Provide technical support to sales when necessary
Attend the project application with guidance from experienced service engineer.
Any other business related activities assigned by Service and Application Manager and his direct supervisor
Maintain correct and proper reports on service activity – with detailed analysis of recurring claims.
Accurately maintain and report financial statement s of Service department – reporting of cost situation.
Look at developing service or engineering based support network around key locations in China for easier claim / service handling.
To actively inform sales of customer contacts and potentials following service jobs – try to develop sales leads for spares and filters sales.
Handle claims timely and efficiently.
任职要求：
Junior college education or above, 2-4 years of working experience in mechanical field
Quick leaner, strong hand repairing ability. Have service business operation background preferred.
Experience in working with engine/fuel oil module makers or ship’s engineer is preferred
Proven written English on service report requested
Experience in working with AutoCAD or similar software will be preferred.
Good team work capability
Be able to work under time pressure
Frequently travelling is requested
