5. Conduct necessary training/coaching for company employee or the relevant contractors for IT/OT system operating according to its respective level required.

6. To develop, maintain & update the company IT/OT procedures, emergency backup plan according to the global IT/OT policy and guidelines.

7. To manage the in-house and temporary contractors, to ensure that all site IT/OT project construction, maintenance works are carried out in safe manner and quality controlled.

8. Monitor and review the maintenance KPIs, conduct equipment failure analysis, to work out more accurate maintenance plan and spare parts strategy.

9. Regularly conduct the IT/OT system emergency backup excises according to the IT/OT ERP, to identify and remove the gaps， thru the excises, to ensure that all specific ER plans always workable whenever the emergency case happened.
根据IT/OT 应急预案定期组织应急备份测试，通过测试，找出差距并弥补差距，确保无论何时，当应急情况发生时，相关的应急预案都能够是切实可行的。
10. Play the role as function expert, throughout regular self-assessment, prepare and update all relevant supporting documents and evidence, to meet all the requirements for both internal and external audits and inspections.

11. Ensure all software complies with the software copyright laws.
