Job Requirement: 1.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. 2.Proven experience in LEAN methodologies, such as Six Sigma, 5S, and value stream mapping. 3.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4.Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 5.Ability to lead and influence change within an organization. 6.Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement tools.
