Job Responsibilities: 1. Constantly search for new customers to develop new business for optical measuring sensor cross sales in China; 2. Negotiate with customers including EU, SI and CM for the acquisition of new projects; 3. Work with team members for the best interest of the company and be a good team player; 4. Research and study market trend, information of potential clients and business competitors; 5. Follow technical specification and commercial rules during negotiations; 6. Manage and coordinate all necessary commercial communication and documentation (i.e. email & telephone communications, quotation follow-up, customer visit reporting); 7. Report timely sales activities, project status, market situation, etc; 8. Understand client challenges and provide value-based solution; 9. Draw up and carry out action plan for new business development; 10. Find, secure and sign new projects to meet annual target; 11. Maintain healthy relationship with current and potential clients; 12. Understand the benefits of our products and be able to communicate it clearly to the customer; 13. Understand all technical aspects of the customer's application and suggest/find the appropriate solution; 14. Be able to discuss with our application and R&D experts about customer requirements and specifications of any technically demanding application; 15. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education: 1. Bachelor degree or above in Technical, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Material Science, Electromechanical Engineering, or related majorities.
Experience & Skill: 1. At least 3 years sales experience; 2. Good technical background to understand products and technical requirements of customer.
Other Requirements: 1. English language skills: Fluent in communication, reading and writing; 2. Able to travel.
