Play your part in our team succeeding You will be part of Operations team and have chance to work with both internal and external stakeholders. Through the daily operations and collaborations with partners, you might get a wholistic view about the overall process and proven understanding not only in customer operations area but also in other functional areas, eg. Warehouse/distribution, planning, import/export etc. Core Responsibilities 61 Order management: create order and drop delivery note in SAP system, closely collaborate with partners e.g., customers, demand planner, warehouse/logistics to ensure the optimal flow of goods based on OM rules and regulations. Proactively clean open orders and follow up with variance between order/quotation. 61 Customer claims and returns: Support customer claims and returns, including investigate claims ensuring that required information is accurate, processed in agreed timelines and complaint with approval process; coordinate the return of physical goods with customers, warehouse/logistics staffs and creation of credit and debit notes accordingly. 61 Fill rate reporting to customers and internally. Take follow-up actions with supervision if needed. 61 Order to Cash process governance, be able to handle some ad-hoc requests e.g., monthly reconciliation, customer ship-to change coordination with customer logistics function, etc. 61 Other proactive support e.g., share CCC certifications, Customs declaration form, etc. to customers with certain approval process. Do you have what it takes? 61 College degree or above would be preferred. 61 3~5 years working experience in customer operations or supply chain function. Retail industry or FMCG background would be preferred. 61 Have experience of ERP system and be interested in learning new systems. SAP skills would be an advantage. 61 Proficient use MS office tools, especially on excel and PowerPoint. Experienced with relevant data tools including Tableau or Power BI is a plus. 61 Good communication skill and eager to learn. 61 Detail oriented, with continuous improvement mindset. 61 Fluent English both in verbal and written.
