Job Descriptions: 1. Lead the FMS support team, manage the rollout project and operation support for facility management systems. Work with the global team for localization and testing; 2. Manage the feedback and requirement from the end users, advise / escalate / address the issues to the business stakeholders. Cooperate with product team, track function improvements and issue solving; 3. Communicate to internal stakeholders such as country, regional, global key account on the FMS project status, system usage; 4. Communicate to customers and operation team, advise on technology, systems and processes base on ISS best practice. Be a solution consultant; 5. Support commercial and transition team, explain to potential customers the FMS concept and value; 6. Manage the local systems for site operation. Evaluate and propose applications / technologies / innovations that can drive ISS value proposition and in compliance with ISS strategy; 7. Cooperate with local functional teams, SME teams, operation teams, think as whole and advise on process optimization or integration on systems to bring synergy and value add. Requirements: 1. Experienced in project management, PMP / Prince is preferred; 2. Knowledge on software development life cycle; 3. Industry Experience in facility management is a big advantage; 4. Experience on rollout workflow or helpdesk similar systems, understand the key elements and performance indicators is a big advantage; 5. Very good communication, documentation, and presentation skills; 6. Own strong responsibility and professionalism with good team spirit.
