Job Responsibility 岗位职责: 1. According to company processes, fully responsible for accomplishing the stated project objectives, managing the project from “contract signed” until “handover”, ensuring project deliverables approved by customer and get customer satisfaction. 2. Planning for the entire project management and monitor the work performance. 3. Manage team to define project scope and create WBS. 4. Cost control in coordination with Finance and project controller. 5. Keep track of project time schedule and ensure meeting the planned deadline. 6. Continuous risk recognition and control. 7. Keep communication flow smoothly both internally and externally. 8. Project team management. Structure, manage and control the whole project team, ensure team-work efficiency. 9. Organize quality ensure activities, make precautions for invisible quality defects, and make quality improvement actions when possible. 10. Project change management and claim management. 11. Conduction meeting and summarize the reports during project management execution phase.
Job Requirements 岗位要求: 1. Bachelor's degree with major in Engineering or related major. 2. About 5 years related experience in project management field and minimum 2-year leader experience in managing a project team of >5 persons. 3. Good written and spoken English. 4. Rich experience in project execution. 5. Familiar with commercial terms of contract. 6. Solid Knowledge of project delivery process in system integration area, having project management experience in long-term transportation systems especially in Cement and Mine Industry is a plus. 7. Excellent communication and coordination skills. 8. Ability to work independently and work under pressure. 9. PMP Qualification or equivalent.
