Job Description: 1. Overall management of the project team to achieve project milestones and project objectives within agreed budget, time, and quality. 2. Contract management, including contract review, interpretation, and administration. 3. Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close project execution by managing all knowledge areas. 4. Project (team) co-ordination and organization. 5. Collaborate with steering committee and reporting regarding project milestones, cost, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues. 6. Risk & Opportunity assessment and management. 7. Handle subcontractors and other key stakeholders. 8. Time Schedule control. 9. Project communication and reporting. 10. Establishing, building and motivating the project team. 11. Claim handling and negotiation. 12. Overall health & safety management.
Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree, English can be used as working language. 2. About 10 years related experience in project management field and minimum 5 years leader experience in managing a project team of >5 persons. 3. Have experience in execution the system project of over 100 million RMB. 4. Solid Knowledge of project delivery process in system integration area, having project management experience in airport and logistic systems. 5. Familiar with commercial terms of the contract. 6. Excellent communication and coordination skills. 7. Quick response and efficient working style. 8. Detail oriented and active working style.
