We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team. In this role, you will: 1. The jobholder must be able to understand customer buying preferences of different touch points during the online journey for digital insurance and perform exploratory data analysis activities to inform and digital business. 2. The jobholder need to support real-time marketing campaign trigger analysis and end-to-end analysis of user journeys. 3. Support measurement of business potential and effectiveness. 4. The jobholder needs to drive innovative and creative business initiatives to respond to market challenges. 5. The jobholder needs to work closely with D&A, Channels, and other business stakeholders to design, develop and maintain analytics enablers for supporting the needs of Digital Business. Qualifications To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: 1. 3 years and above working experience in Life Insurance business functions, prefer to be experienced in digital insurance sales channel management. 2. Proficiency supporting data and analytics efforts in an innovative environment to support business goals. 3. Experience with design and development of data to support business analysis, and reporting work. 4. Analyze and improve online servicing capability. 5. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English & Chinese – must be able to communicate effectively both internally with Group executives and teams and externally with customers 6. Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment. 7. Attention to details, with good communication and presentation skills. You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.
