* Apply market insight to develop brand therapeutically marketing strategy and implement marketing plans to drive sales growth in a competitive market landscape. * Integrate market, customer, and competitive insight to quickly respond to market dynamics via innovative marketing campaign and activities. * Convey brand positioning and promotional messages to associate targeted audiences through comprehensive marketing mix. * Build up relationship with National & regional KOLs, collect customer insights for disease area and brand. * Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with sales objectives. * Track and analyze sales performance data to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Capability requirements
* More than 5 years of work experience in MNC marketing, anti-infection or oncology field is preferred. * Highly motivated and always seek opportunities to learn and grow. * Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset. * Proficient in data analysis, business insights, and fluent in English. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
