Principal responsibilities — Support PMs to prepare the project execution plan, quality plan, schedule, Documentation management and project specific requirements — Schedule control: implement the engineering and procurement plan, support PM to control the schedule — Interface management: coordinate with client, vendors, partner and inter-department — Report: support PM prepare and updates project report, risk assessment report and project schedule — Coordination with site construction and commissioning engineer to solve site problems — Arrange and coordinate departmental meetings, including booking meeting rooms, sending meeting notifications, recording meeting minutes, and follow-up. — Maintain and update the internal communication list, schedule and other information database of the department. Required qualifications — Have basic knowledge of ASU, chemical industry or mechanical industry — Have basic knowledge of project management — Good communication skills, teamwork and fast learning — Good language skills, can communicate fluently with others by written and oral English — Microsoft Office (e.g. word, excel, project)
