1. Act as technical interface to the customer
2. Ensure that the engineering deliverables in the Project are delivered in time, cost, and quality according to the project milestones.
3. Lead the Engineering function review during project development gate.
4. As the engineering member to finish checking point in cPlace
5. Represent the project to stakeholders (Product Engineering, Customer, Project Management, Quality)
6. Lead and own all engineering activities within the project.
7. Ensure Gate Reviews done first-time right-on time (including all sub-projects)
8. Project controlling of internal development budgets and reporting to management.
9. Take care most of COEMs projects (Semi-active / active suspension and E CAS)

Min. 3 years in design experience with automotive business, knowledge about passenger car requirement
Bachelor or master’s in mechanical engineering or vehicle engineering
listening, speaking, reading and writing ability
Chinese, German/Korean/Japanese would be a big plus
Proficiency in Pro/E and MS Office software
Knowledge in automotive engineering, technical calculation, especially in chassis, knowledge in mechanics, shock absorber knowledge
