SUMMARY
Based in the EtonHouse Shanghai office, the B2B Marketing Manager will be reporting to the Head of Admissions and Partnerships in Singapore and work closely with all stakeholders to promote EtonHouse International Schools and Pre-Schools amongst parents and agents in China. Driving revenue and growth in our student numbers in Singapore and facilitating student referrals for our schools in China entails creating and executing strong B2B and B2C marketing strategies and programmes that include
lead generation, advertising/sponsorships campaigns, events, and digital marketing.

Admissions and Enrolment 招生和入学:
Identify and work closely with student recruitment agencies and partners in China. This includes and is not limited to: 寻找并与招生机构密切合作。包括但不限于:
● Facilitate student enrollments from China to schools in Singapore using multiple platforms,including WeChat and Xiaohongshu.

● Identify suitable recruitment agents and partners, which includes relocation agencies,embassies and social groups that help to reach out to Chinese parents.

● Facilitate the contractual process that is unique to the partner

● Facilitate and track payments in accordance with contractual commitments

● Managing student referrals to ensure that parents and agents are supported with accurate and meaningful information to make the right decision

● Nurture leads and consult with individual families to provide schooling options relevant to their context

● Nurture existing relationships by providing regular training and updates

● Conduct due diligence of agents to ensure compliance with stated code of conduct

● Track and monitor performance of agents through student numbers and qualitative feedback from parents and schools.

● Develop, translate and update high-quality marketing materials to reach out to and engage with student recruitment agencies and partners in China and all social, digital and offline marketing and communication channels

● Facilitate student movement from pre-schools and international schools in China to schools
in Singapore. Consult with families who are interested in relocating to Singapore and work closely with the schools to identify and connect with these families.

● Participate and organise materials and content for virtual and physical recruitment fairs in China

● Collaborate with local partners to organise events and talks that engage local parents.

● Identify and reach out to businesses to facilitate and develop corporate partnerships for schooling for their employees in Singapore

● Work closely with all EtonHouse International Group schools in Singapore to facilitate the admissions process including assessments and student passes where applicable

● Follow up with agents and internal stakeholders to ensure that the application process is efficient and effective

岗位要求Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications from a recognised University.
具有知名大学市场营销和传播学士学位
At least 5 to 6 years of related work experience with a strong understanding and demonstrated expertise in B2B marketing.

Experience working in or with an international school would be an added advantage.

Essential to have prior experience in relationship building as well as the creation and execution of marketing plans.
