Position: Leader, Digitalization Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist the Manager of Organization Compliance & Effectiveness to develop and execute a comprehensive digitalization strategy, with a particular focus on AI and Generative AI, to drive innovation and organizational growth. 2. Lead the sales operations team to on-standard deliver the sales supporting, CRM system maintenance and data management. 3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize areas where AI can be implemented effectively, such as personalized learning experiences, intelligent content creation, automated administrative processes, and data-driven decision-making. 4. Work closely with the line manager and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scalability, and sustainability. 5. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and Generative AI technologies, evaluating their potential impact on our organization and recommending strategies for their implementation. 6. Foster strong relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources in driving AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives. 7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to AI adoption and digital transformation, providing regular updates to the executive team and stakeholders. 8. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, regulations, and ethical considerations related to AI and data privacy, ensuring compliance in all AI initiatives. 9. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, encouraging experimentation and collaboration among team members. 10. Lead and facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate and empower teams and staff on the value and benefits of AI, fostering a culture of AI adoption throughout the organization. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. 2. Proven experience at least 10 years, of which 3 years in manager / lead capacity, in leading digital transformation initiatives, preferably within the technology or education industry. 3. Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc. 4. Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent 5. Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools 6. Solid understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI, machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. 7. Experience working with large datasets and leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making. 8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to implementation while managing competing priorities and deadlines. 9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 10. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and inspiring teams towards a common vision and goal.
