Responsible for plant activities including production, logistics, maintenance, quality, technical, administration and safety, under the direction from Sr.Director Asia/ Pacific region, to achieve performance KPIs in the above areas.
--General management
61 To develop, implement and follow up of the strategy, in accordance with company values, missions and policies, in order to achieve the business targets.
61 Cost management for operations, to meet defined budgets and action plan implementation.
61 Drive programs that continuously improve overall performances and realisations in all business processes.
--Safety, health and Environment
61 Ensure all above plant activities meet company / governmental safety, health and environmental regulations, free of safety risks
--Quality
61 Ensure all plant activities meet company / governmental quality regulations, free of quality risks
Knowledge/Education and Training:
61 Min. Bachelor degree of Engineering, Preferably a master degree equivalent in Engineering from major universities
61 English, Mandarin communication is a must
61 Quality management training, ISO9000 & ISO17025
61 Management and leadership skills training
Experience:
61 5 years min. experience in Plant management
61 5 years min. experience in engineering, maintenance with solid hands-on experience
61 5 years min. experience in production management with solid and consistent performance
61 Medical device related industry experience is preferred
