Location: Shanghai Job Description: We are looking for a SFE Supervisor, this is a role in our Commercial Excellence team, supporting Sales Funnel management, Channel Partner management and other processes in support of our overall business objectives. What you’ll do: 61 Support sales team to tracking and review funnel status in time to improve business transparency. 61 Drive sales funnel update into system in time to ensure management team understand business clearly. 61 Create funnel analysis report to help sales and business management team find business risk/opportunities to act in time. 61 Set up and use DBS tools keep optimize funnel management process to sustain result and continues deliver good performance 61 Collect and tracking channel partner inventory to well manage channel stock and avoid business risk 61 Analysis channel partner inventory data to find abnormal status 61 Work with external audit to review data accuracy 61 Implement channel partner daily management 61 Ranking and data analysis for channel partners to encourage them 61 Use DBS tools to set up and optimize channel partner management process 61 Support Channel manager about relative works 61 Support some supply chain relative job like custom clearance or planning to build multiple skills for future development. 61 Work leveraging DBS methods & mindset. Set up and maintain the process playbook. Who you are: 61 Bachelors or above degree. 61 5+ years experience in CRM, Sales Operation, Channel management or other relative experience. 61 Advanced analytical & data skills. Excel expert. 61 Good verbal and written communication skills. 61 Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility in communication style 61 Continuous innovation, process improvement, and adaptability skills 61 You are a natural and self-motivated troubleshooter with creative problem-solving mindset. 61 Strong presentation and communication skills. 61 Proficient in Excel, power point, SFDC and business intelligence applications. 61 High potential and willing to learn more.
