RESPONSIBILITIES As our Assistant Social E-commerce Manager, you are responsible for supporting the E-commerce sales growth. Your main focus : - In charge of store livestreaming of different brands, Tmall FSS. - Set up strategies of this activation and create synergy with store and KOL sales according to different categories and competitors’ performance on Tmall platforms. - Managing the live streaming set up. Monitoring and analyzing live-streaming metrics to measure performance and optimize future broadcasts. - Collaborating with marketing team and EC operation teams to leverage more resources for live-streaming events and product promotions. - Monitoring customer feedback and responding to inquiries or concerns during live broadcasts. - Developing detailed execution plans and coordinating solutions with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful live-streaming events. - Strong business sense to understand key objective and be responsible for deliverables.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT As an experienced Assistant Social E-commerce Manager, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you: 61 2+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital, especially in Tmall platform (JD, Tiktok are also welcomed) 61 Can effectively communicate (verbal and written) with internal and external stakeholders across all levels 61 Ability to solve problems independently 61 Top 500 FMCG and Beauty industry company experience preferable. 61 Both Chinese and English language skills
