Job Summary To reserve technical talents for the core technology capabilities of centrifuges, cultivating technical composite talents with a spirit of research, optimism, strong independent work ability, and communication skills.
Responsibilities 1. Familiarize with centrifuge products and be responsible for their maintenance. 2. Participate in i2/NPD projects within the centrifuge team. 3. Support project management and execution of specific projects for the i2v/NPD team. 4. Learn the design, calculation, and verification of core centrifuge components. 5. Participate in the design and improvement of centrifuges. 6. Support the handling and root cause analysis of centrifuge quality issues. 7. Learn theoretical calculations and simulations related to centrifuges and attempt to apply them to specific work.
Key Competencies 1. Master’s degree or above from a 985 university in China, majoring in fluid machinery, energy and power, mechanical engineering, or related fields. Alternatively, from a 211 university in China, with strengths in fluid, energy power, mechanical, and aerospace fields. 2. Courses in dynamics analysis, vibration analysis, etc., are preferred, especially if related projects have been conducted. 3. Experience in theoretical research on fluid and rotating machinery, system design, practical application, or test verification of rotating machinery and power systems. Main or key participant in research groups. 4. Preference for candidates with experience in numerical calculations, FEA strength analysis, and practical application scenarios. 5. Preference for candidates with programming experience, such as Python, MATLAB, and using them as auxiliary tools in actual work. 6. Candidates should have a spirit of research into technical issues and good learning ability, willing to expand technical issues in depth and breadth.
