Responsibility
·020202020202As the leader of biologics upstream/cell culture process, move forward the pipeline biologics projects (including ADC, mAb, BsAb, etc.) from pre-clinical to late clinical phase.
·020202020202Lead team members to perform the upstream stage of GMP production, to provide qualified materials clinical use.
·020202020202Provide continuous effort to build up biologics pilot plant system as well as improve upstream process development platform with higher standard, including document system establishment, personnel training, system operation, equipment and materials management, etc.
·020202020202Provide expertise in upstream process development, process transfer and scale-up, biologics upstream production and IND & BLA registration supporting, to run projects efficiently per timeline.
Qualifications
·020202020202Master degree or above in fermentation engineering, biochemical engineering, bioengineering with at least 8+ years of related technical and managerial experiences in the biopharma or biotech industry.
·020202020202Strong experience in upstream/cell culture GMP manufacturing of biologics (including ADC, mAb, BsAb, etc.), and management experience of biologics manufacturing is must.
·020202020202Have experience on process development of upstream/cell culture.
·020202020202Have systematic bio-industrial knowledge and strong manufacturing/experimental skills, be able to lead team members to complete assigned projects or tasks.
